Description

Lady in her 20s, 3 months after breast augmentation with 350 cc smooth round saline implants. Implants are placed under the muscle, through a very short (1 inch) inframammary (crease) incision. Placing the implant under the muscle is associated with a smoother and more natural upper pole slope. Placing the implant above the muscle, in particular in thin-skin individuals can have the downside of visible rippling.
