Dr. Aflaki is incredibly kind and takes the time to CARE about his patients and their concerns, which not a lot of doctors do these days. He doesn’t see you as another number, he sees you as a person. All the staff at PSSF are extremely kind, they care, and make you feel comfortable. My experience has been truly life changing! Dr Heppe has been so supportive from day one. He was open and honest and answered all questions I had. From the first appointment to even after the procedure he has been so helpful and kind. Making the decision to finally have surgery on something I was so self conscious about was hard but the best decision I’ve ever made! Dr Heppe and staff have gone above and beyond to make sure I knew every step of the process and even came in on Thanksgiving day for my post op checkup. If you are even thinking about having something done go in and meet with them! You truly feel like a part of their family! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
Thank You Dr Heppe for Changing my Life - The decision to have this surgery has been on my mind for over 20 years. I fought with insurance for years to get a reduction approved. A friend of mine had used this practice for a surgery and highly recommended Dr Heppe! I can’t 100% agree with her. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. I felt truly heard and understood. The surgery went smooth and recovery has been great thanks to him and his staff. I’m only a week post opp and already see so many changes in my body and clothes! Dr. Aflaki was my surgeon for my upper eyelid surgery and I can't say enough good things about the doctor and the staff (and my results!). Everyone was friendly and professional and all my questions were answered and my concerns addressed.
