At Plastic Surgery Services of Fredericksburg, saline breast implants are backed by a variety of warranty plans. The following information is provided to help you to understand your options.

Once a patient receives Mentor saline implants, you are automatically enrolled in the Mentor Advantage limited Warranty which is free of charge. The warranty provides that regardless of the age of the implant, when confirmed deflation or rupture occurs, you are eligible for 1 to 2 no-charge replacement breast implant products of any size in a similar style. The warranty offers:

• • lifetime product replacement
  • 10 years and up to $1200 financial assistance for OR, anesthesia and surgical charges not covered by insurance
  • free contralateral (opposite side) implant replacement upon surgeon request
  • non-cancelable terms

The Enhanced warranty is available for an enrollment fee of $100 and must be purchased within 45 days from implantation. The warranty offers:

• • lifetime product replacement
  • 10 years and up to $2400 financial assistance for OR, anesthesia and surgical charges not covered by insurance
  • free contralateral (opposite side) implant replacement upon surgeon request
  • non-cancelable terms

The Premier Advantage MemoryGel® Breast Implant warranty is currently available free of charge for saline gel-filled implants and applies to surgeries occurring after May 1, 2009. The warranty offers:

• • lifetime product replacement
  • 10 years and up to $3500 financial assistance for OR, anesthesia and surgical charges not covered by insurance and applies only to implant surgeries conducted after May 1, 2009
  • free contralateral (opposite side) implant replacement upon surgeon request
  • non-cancelable terms
